If you are reading this, I’d strongly advise you to seriously question the credibility of other '5-star' reviews for this place and be extra cautious if you decide to proceed with them.
Writing this review after six follow-ups and two phone calls and lack of accountability and professionalism receiving a response.

I contacted them to act as a representative and assist with a work permit filing—not for myself. The team (mostly the reception staff) was friendly and responsive at first but insisted the consultation was “mandatory” and that “fees would be deducted” from their service.

Before the call, I sent over a one-page document to make better use of everyone’s time. I had a consultation call with Ritika, who provided some general advice. I won’t comment on the accuracy of that advice.

Following the call, we sent a list of documents to start the engagement. After a couple of weeks with no confirmation and no follow-up, we ended up sending four more emails, texts and and eventually called the reception. She tried to cover for the delay, claiming the emails were not monitored and asking which address I had used. It turned out Ritika, the admin, and the general info email had all been CC’d in all emails. She assured me the advisor would get back to me and confirmed they had received the file.

A few days later, I called again—still no response or explanation. By the time I gave up, we had wasted 10 weeks on this place. It doesn’t feel great.
If you’re looking to get work done for yourself or loved ones, consider other options (there seem to be plenty). You might save yourself feeling exploited and disappointment.

I had a very disappointing experience with Neer Immigration Consultant Inc., specifically with Ritika Sharma. I paid around $150 for a consultation regarding my wife’s Spouse Open Work Permit (SOWP) and my upcoming AIP application. During the appointment, I shared my previous SOWP refusal and was assured that this time it would be handled properly.

Unfortunately, the process felt rushed and careless. Ritika submitted the new SOWP application late at night (around 11:30 PM), just before a significant policy update took effect at midnight on January 21. Despite being aware of the urgency and my prior refusal, the documentation prepared was weak and lacking essential support. Unsurprisingly, the application was refused again.

After the refusal, I tried several times to contact Ritika and the office—calls, emails—but received no response. This lack of professionalism and follow-up is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as immigration.

I had also planned to proceed with my AIP application through them, but after this experience, I’ve lost all trust. I do not recommend this consultant to anyone looking for serious, reliable immigration support.
