My experiences with Caron & Partners LLP, are very positive and resulted in positive outcome of my immigration case. I submitted an application for permanent residence in Canada in 2009, for the first time. In 2012 my application was refused. I tried another one in 2018, again no approval, submitted another one in 2020, again the same response. I THOUGHT I COULD DO IT MYSELF- BUT IT WAS NOT SO. Finally I got smart and listened to the advice of a friend who has already had good experiences with Caron &Partners, (the immigration lawyer Bjorna Shkurti specifically), and decided to give it another GO. After meeting with her which was by the way a very informative and pleasant meeting, at what point she explained a number of factors that might have influenced the negative outcome, I decided to place my full trust in her and appointed her as my representative.
After spending 10 years in the process, thanks to her help and professional representation I am awaiting my PR. My son also commented that only Bjorna could help solve my hopeless case! She is a 10/10 representative. Do not hesitate to call her regarding all immigration issues. You will be in safe hands.
Also receptionists and assistants are very professional, handle communication in timely manner, at all times they inform you about steps in the process, send reminders and other correspondence, and respond to all inquiries.

At the beginning I will say that I am disappointed with the cooperation with this office and lawyer Rakha .

I will add that the case was conducted for my employer in my case so that it was not written to me that I am not their client.

Rekha does not prompt on e-mails, does not answer calls, has no contact with her. She honestly ruined my stay in Canada .

She delayed with each document. When after 3 months she replied that she could do everything for free, which was too late. I also wrote an email to the Office manager, of course there was no answer either.

I warn anyone who wants to stay in Canada and needs legal assistance is not in this office and not with this lawyer. He takes a lot of money and doesn't do his job. It's sad but I wanted to warn you if you want your case to be done find a lawyer who will really take care of your case.
