Predrag (Peter) Tomic is a rare example of what a caring and intelligent Lawyer should be. This man will literally sprint across town for his clients in order to get the job done. Peter is a honorable man who truly cares about what is best for his clients and has a deep rooted appreciation and respect for the law. A quality that I genuinely admire about him is his willingness to listen and converse with me on complicated matters. If I bring concerns to his attention, he will always take the time to consider and address them in a thorough and thoughtful manner. He then proceeds in guiding me with a plan I am comfortable with. A lot of issues can be resolved in a 30 minute conversation with Peter. Simply put, I appreciate his wise counsel, patient nature and trust in him completely. Although we have been successful in every venture with Peter and his team at Field Law, I would still have the same opinion and recommendation of him even if we were on the opposite side of the coin.

I was in questioning with lawyer Amanda Baker and noticed that she was scrolling on Twitter for the mass majority of the questioning. How I was able to notice was through the reflection of her glasses. Just make sure you're careful on who you spend your money on... or tell your lawyer to turn down the brightness if they are going to be disrespecting clients.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul Gill on closing our new home. Paul was not only professional, punctual and on the ball, he went above and beyond answering any questions including later in the evenings to make sure we were comfortable with the process and never felt in the dark.

We were able to finish all of our paperwork 2 days before closing. I would highly recommend working with Paul and will be going back for any other services in the future. Field is lucky to have him!

Field Law needs to work more diligently on vetting the lawyers they hire. The comments by lawyer, Rob Rakochey (who has since resigned) were despicable. These comments cannot be new behaviour and seems to have been protected until now. Do better!

If you're a corporation consider this: I spoke with an intern in Edmonton who lied. She PROMISED to quote us a price even through she said Field Law takes on big projects on retainer. Why lie? That's unethical. I've been waiting around for a response that has never come.

Abysmal.
Steve Eichler spends more time and effort on his facial hair than his clients. He showed up late for every meeting, wearing his sweaty cycling gear, and hadn't even read my case file. Meanwhile I had to travel an hour to wait for him to get changed and "catch up". He was under contract with the Alberta Teacher's Union, so for some reason my case wasn't worth his time. He capitulated to the first low-ball offer from CBE so he wouldn't have to bother with litigation. Talked me into accepting a monumentally paltry offer just to close the case.
Horrible. If you're looking for an attorney with TEETH, look elsewhere; he's more interested in his music hobby than his clients.
