There grocreys are way more reasonable in price compared to saftey mart. Bought a bag of chocolate chips there for 6.49. The escact same sized bag was 9.29 at safty mart. There meats and frozen stuff is better priced as well.

I would give zero stars if possible. My family and I shop here all the time and have purchased many of their wildly overpriced toys. We were doing the same thing today but had my mum’s senior dog with us. There was no sign on the pharmacy door saying no pets, so I thought it would be ok if we quickly ran in and grabbed three items. We were about to checkout when a young male employee came up to me and my little boys and rather aggressively told us, “ you need to get your dog out of the store, right now!” I was trying to say ok I’m sorry and turned to leave but he stood right in front of me, blocking the aisle and glaring at me. At this point I was quite upset and asked him to move out of the way so I could leave, to which he replied “you are so rude.” I said, “well you are quite rude as well.” We put our items down and left, coming back a few minutes later without the dog so I didn’t have to disappoint my children. The boy called the manager and told her that I was “so rude and he would not be helping me.” I told the manager that we were unaware dogs were not allowed, and had been totally fine to take him out, but that the young boy had been quite aggressive with us. Sadly the manager was a pinch-faced old hag, just as unfriendly as the boy had been, and completely refused to even speak to me or hear what I had to say. I left crying and sadly will never be shopping there again, which is hard in a small town. Absolutely no human decency, and a store filled with clearly miserable people who hate their customers.

They wouldn't deliver across Pine street bridge. Our prescriptions are covered by Inac. And they act like we're not going to ask for refills and reluctantly they give an Emergency prescription, thinking we're not going to pay them. Home support got involved to ask them for delivery still they would not. I got a prescription refill for them and i noticed they put 0 refills after Dr Bernard specifically put 3/12 meaning its filled for a year. I left Chase drug store for several years hoping when i came back things would improve. I am coming back from Shoppers Drug Mart. The service is night and day. The worst service in Chase not worth it. If you can go some where else to get your prescriptions.

This is a terrible place they have no human decency. My wife has a medical condition and they would not let her use the bathroom. They suggested she walk down the street trying every restaurant instead. Shame on you
