Had to repay thousands of dollars back to CRA for several years they did for me. He also refused to acknowledge he was wrong and told me not to pay it back. I let him try to resubmit but after months of nothing I spoke with CRA and had a new accountant go over the returns and they showed me how he made simple data entries entering numbers in the wrong fields. He clearly never paid attention to anything.

They made simple entry mistakes doing my taxes, resulting me owing money back to CRA. Use a online program. faster and better results in the past using a online program. this group is not dependable or fast on processing.

They've been doing my taxes since 2019 and I've always had a positive experience. Though the establishment isn't as ritzy as a large firm, they more than make up for it with genuine care of the client. Their fees are reasonable compared to the larger places as well, so for a small business with basic taxes such as myself, this is the perfect place.

My husband and I paid for Pro-File Tax to do our 2019 and 2020 taxes back in March. At the end of July I called the CRA to inquire about my 2019 refund, where they told me that my 2019 taxes were not filed but my 2020 taxes were. When we called Pro-File tax they gave some poor excuse saying that they did do our taxes but we wouldn't be able to see anything online, which was a LIE. I spoke to 3 different people from the CRA who said they didn't receive our 2019 taxes at all. The day after we called Pro File, our taxes were magically now being processed. Pretty sad the guy couldn't just tell the truth and say that they made a mistake, which might I add, I didn't even catch until 4 months later. If you're paid to do a job, do it correctly. Do not recommend.

Would be nice, but claimed CWB when I did not qualify. Resulting in me owning over $1,000. Would not recommend.
