Une enquête en matière de droit des pensions

Rita a réussi à faire ce que j'avais commencé à penser impossible. Il a fallu 26 mois et deux avocats pour finalement obtenir le règlement de ma pension pendant le divorce. Lorsque mon avocat de divorce n'a pas réussi à obtenir nulle part car elle n'a pas de spécialisme en droit des pensions, elle m'a référé à Rita. Elle est connaissante, une agréable à gérer, tenace lorsque nécessaire et a obtenu le travail fait. C'était un long et épuisant processus, mais je suis incroyablement reconnaissant pour tout son travail et son effort. Je la recommanderais certainement pour n'importe qui ayant besoin d'aide avec le droit des pensions. Merci Rita

Rita managed to do what I was beginning to think was impossible. It took 26 months and two lawyers to finally get the pension settlement from my divorce. When my divorce lawyer was unable to get anywhere as she didn't specialize in pension law, she referred me to Rita. She is knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with, tenacious when needed, and got the job done. It was a long and grueling process, but I am incredibly grateful for all her hard work and effort. Searching for legal counsel usually occurs after one has exhausted all means in order to rectify a situation by oneself. It is then important to have a lawyer that has the necessary specific knowledge to provide a course of action bringing a situation to a favourable end. Rita Richardson was actually referred to me by a BC Lawyer i had previously retained who knew the details of my case to be fairly complex and frankly as he put it ,”out of his league.” he assured me that Rita was one of the best lawyers in Alberta, if not THE best Lawyer in Alberta pension law and I soon came to find out he was telling the truth and absolutely correct.I honestly cant say enough good things about Rita Richardson and how impressed I am by her, I’ve been literally blown away more than a few times and not just with her skill , knowledge and expertise but also by the fact that Rita is also a truly genuine and caring lawyer she has been incredibly generous and kind to me throughout this process.Rita and her assistant Barb have gone WAY above and beyond for me doing crazy amounts of work that she didn’t have to do and absolutely shouldn’t have had to do and in my experience that very few and far between would have done for a client but Rita has over and over again shown herself to be as I said very kind and generous so I will summarize by saying this , in my experience Rita Richardson is a top notch Lawyer and a top notch human being who is also deservedly known and respected in her field and for whom I happily and strongly recommend!

I would like to take a minute to comment on the exceptional service I received from Richardson law. Rita Richardson was extremely professional, exhibiting a high level of knowledge and expertise with the skills and abilities to share her knowledge in away that I could easily understand.
I have been dealing with family law matters for several years as a litigant and have had my share of negative experiences. Rita Richardson and Richardson Law made me feel like a person not a paycheck. They were honest and displayed the utmost level of integrity. Rita was ethical, tenacious, and ensured I fully understood the information she had to share. Rita was focused and to the point while still being empathetic and understanding, listening to my concerns.
Her philosophy that she deals with “the best people dealing with the toughest emotional and financial issues of their lives” clearly guides her treatment of her clients and her approach to case management.

Rita Richardsons from Richardson Law she is not the lawyer you would want to hire if you wanted things done in a timely matter. She had 2 investigation to do. It took her 1 year. After the process with her and the money she charged I would not recommend her services to anyone.

Awesome experience with Rita. Because of the mail strike I could not get pension documents I needed to move my divorce forward. Rita contacted them and got them emailed to me and helped me fill them out. On top of that she couriered them back to the pension office.

My case was a complicated pension matter stretching over 3 Canadian provinces. Pension law with just one province is challenging enough but when there’s 3 provinces involved, then that becomes a whole different animal. I was referred to Richardson Law based on its’ pension law expertise and soon met Ms. Richardson to discuss the complexity of my case and retained her services. Ms. Richardson’s attention to details and extensive knowledge of all provincial laws pertaining to pensions was impressive. I appreciated her professional mannerism, the analytical approach and strategic planning methodology while working on my case. Her due diligence was definitely advantageous as doing so left no room for error or gaps. I have a great deal of respect for Ms. Richardson’s respectful demeanour with all parties concerned and very pleased with the outcome of my case. Ms. Richardson is unlike others…she is in fact her own true self and authentically driven with her client’s best interest in mind.

It took awhile to get this rolling, a few years. Dealing with Pension Plans is excruciating. When the time came, Rita kicked ___! She was knowledgeable and no nonscience, she held their feet the fire and got it done. Unfortunately we are not finished, still have more to do, I feel confident having her by my side.
