I had the pleasure of spending the day training the amazing team at Ball Family Dental on 3D printing with the SprintRay Pro 2 — and let me just say, what a phenomenal group!

From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, inviting, and genuinely excited to learn. Dr. Ball set the tone perfectly — professional, approachable, and passionate about providing top-tier patient care.

The entire team was sharp, driven, and eager to master the technology. They asked great questions, shared ideas, and were quick to grasp each step. The laughter, teamwork, and genuine curiosity in that office were contagious.

At the beginning of this year I decided to commit to a plan to attain a perfect smile after years of neglect. I was unsure exactly how to find the right dental team to get me to my goal with so many options out there. After some online research I decided to have Ball Family Dental perform some extractions I needed so I could vet the business and get a feel for the team. I was shocked with what I found behind those doors.. A world class facility tucked in the middle of east central Alberta! Dr. Ball and her team provide a level of patient care you do not see other places. The professionalism and high level skill set of the team are presented with a down to earth, friendly approach and small town sensibilities coupled with a contagious enthusiasm that can be traced back to Dr. Ball herself! She even came in on her day off to make me a temporary tooth so I would have it for my vacation. Needless to say, I have since started down the road to my goal of that perfect smile with a two year treatment plan with Ball Family Dental. I wouldn't have it any other way. I highly recommend them!!

I have been with Leanne Ball and her team since 2020 and they have been amazing. I have the best teeth around hahaha. The apps, texting and reminders help so much. They are technology advanced and have most services or even more than some large city dentists. I have my son in the invisalign treatment plan and she made it affordable and also convenient with the app.where he can scan his teeth at home and do remote check in! I have referred many clients and friends to this clinic and they all have been super happy!

The best of the best, Leanne and the crew are great at Ball Family Dental. The office is clean with a nice atmosphere and my dental hygienist made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. She was attentive and was very gentle yet effective as she cleaned. I really appreciated her care! I will be returning and recommend this dental office to everyone.
After all nothing you wear is more important than your smile.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything I need needed to know about my new Invisalign was explained in detail and I was given a written copy to refer to. I also have the ability to do my own scans and send pictures or problems into the office at my discretion. I highly recommend this office.

I am a new customer to Ball Family Dental and was very pleased with the friendly staff, the shiny new clinic and most importantly, the competence of the people working there. I went for an emergency appointment when I had a tooth break off. Dr Ball said she had time for a full exam and completed that as well as suggesting I come in for a cleaning. Our schedules were a little jumbled so I ended up going back in the same day, but in the evening for my cleaning. Emily was thorough, friendly and provided me with a great deal of information. I called my daughter when I got home to suggest that she try the same clinic.

I am very thankful for Ball Family Dental fitting me in quickly. I have anxiety and other health issues. They were kind to listen and get some pending issues taken care of.
