I was originally brought to Campbell McLennan looking at a gently used ram truck via their website. First phone call into their receptionist and I was connected with Tommy. Tommy was great right off the hop! After a 10 min phone call with him, I was at the dealership in a matter of hours and Tommy had the truck out front, clean, ready and waiting to be test driven. After a drive and a quick chat in his office, we had concluded on a few things and I left it there for the night. Tommy called me the next morning to let me know on some final decisions regarding minor repairs (windshield and park sensor), and we struck a deal! Tommy was great from start to finish. On pick up day we had a delay getting our insurance in place. While waiting Tommy was very professional and personal, made us feel right at home while waiting. We even had a 20 min visit with the General Manager. Only in a small town dynamic do you get service and a sense of value like I did dealing with Campbell McLennan.
