Dealing with the "court appointed child representation" with this firm felt extremely disrespectful and disinterested. My children's special needs and health care practioner were not entertained and their "best interest" with an active EPO against an abusive father was disregarded entirely! I WATCHED while MY children's appointed lawyer sat and chatted with the fathers retained lawyer and miraculously their wants and wishes were granted.... I have been told "the court actually only protects and cares for younger children" so mine do not deserve the same quality of justice and care? Never in my life did I believe this abuse was legally possible, I would VERY STRONGLY NOT recommend this firm and would suggest caution and protection in ANY case this firm is appointed! Your children deserve what's best for them and so do mine! Please do not forget as a parent YOU and YOUR needs to raise your children matter! I did not get that level of care from this team and my children are starting to realize they were used to hurt me, and are going to start looking for justice of their own soon. Their father has not been actively involved in their school, health care or general lives in the year since his successful win, none of what he said was the truth and now he legally doesn't have to spend a dime on them! Congratulations Johnathan Tieman you helped take a home and money and food and quality of life from two teenage boys that deserved so much better! I was fighting to hold their father accountable not keep him from them in anyway! If you don't have, or plan to have, children because you are gay, you probably should not represent children... in my opinion.
P.S. I would like everyone involved with Mr. Tieman to know that since helping thier father have no financial obligation to his children, their father told his developmentally delayed son he is no longer welcome in his home because the fathers girlfriend doesn't like him. So Johnathan here we are, where I knew and tried so hard and paid so much money to avoid being. Again good job! If there was anything more I could do to have your poor work affect your life the way it has mine over the last year I would! You should be accountable for your actions, or lack there of!
