Very rude and unprofessional lady. do not ever go to her. in the first place, I called her & she booked my appointment. when I reached in the plaza, the suit is upstairs and I couldn't find the place. So, i called her but she didn't pick any call. Then, I had to ask people around for the exact location and then I reached over there. after that she told me that why were you calling me? I said because I have an appointment at 2:00 pm that's why and moreover I couldn't find your place. then she said okay. after that, she put a chair outside her office and told me to sit down. following with that, she told me to email the docs. after getting the docs, she said this is not good. but, it was good because it has everything that she should be in it. then, she told me that she couldn't do it. I said that it is urgent please do it. she said NO, come on Monday. And then, I called her on Monday she said you can come 2:30 pm but I was unable to go that time. and, then I asked her if I could come Tuesday in the morning? she said I come to work at 11am. moreover, she said may be I will not come to work. Please do not go to this creepy lady.

Very good experience overall. Super fast notarized translation (earlier than promised), no errors or typos. I see many bad reviews here just because the woman who works there, is very organized and doing her best to serve the customers as fast and effectively as possible. People don't appreciate this nowadays for some reason, thinking she is rude. No, she is not! She is just professionally doing her job. Despite some hiccups with my payment, she was very helpful. This place is definitely recommended.

I recently used this translation service, and it was a complete disappointment. I ended up spending a whole 4 hours in line! The result was disheartening. They got the translation of the document wrong, and the most important part was left out. Because of this, my documents were not accepted.
Moreover, I had to spend a lot of money on taxis and even missed a scheduled meeting because of this. When I tried to talk to one of the company's employees, she was rude, wouldn't let me explain, and even used impolite language.
I strongly do not recommend this translation service to anyone. It's a waste of your time and money. If I could, I would give them zero stars. This company doesn't even deserve one star. 👎🏻

Today i was refused the service, because it was against the personal believes of the notarius. In Canada, these days they are allowed to refused to provide service to clients, if that is againts their personal values?. If you decide to go there, make sure your requested service is matching with the lawyer's personal attitude. it legal?

I tried to contact them but no one ever pick up the phone. I called several times and still could not reach to anyone. I have seen that they got a good rating in google map so I want to try it. I gave neutral rating because I haven’t used their business yet but hope that they would change their policy to pick up the call or respond to email fast.

Мы живем рядом, расположение и часы работы очень удобны для нас. Они открыты по субботам, что большой плюс. Обращались несколько раз: оформляли завещания, документы для вызова родственников в гости и доверенность для путешествия с детьми (когда летал с детьми сам без жены). Цены очень разумные, все было сделано быстро: приехал отдал документы, потом заскочил и забрал.
