Had a really disappointing experience getting a document notarized from Franklin. He didn't even have a proper office and had to meet him at his building's reception area. There were no proper table or chairs to sit. He seemed disinterested in even knowing or reading the document he is notarizing. It felt to me that he was in a hurry for some reason. He didn't even notarize the document properly. I had better experience going to other places. He charged $50 for the service which didn't feel worth it. I am taking my business elsewhere next time I need to notarize a document.
