I just spoke with this business, man who answered phone did not use a professional greeting. Also the website states that they provide notarizations starting at $29.99, yet when I asked for a price, the man said "maybe $50, it was depends." He also could not confirm that a notarized document from him would suffice for an OSAP application, and then said he's only done one or two of these before. By the end of the phone call, I had very little confidence in this business, which is unfortunate because it's in the perfect location, but I'm not going to waste my time going here for more unprofessional service.
