Simply put, disappointing. I ended up re-serving the person myself and finally, filing the correct affidavit of service myself! A complete waste of my money and time using this firm 🙁

I couldn't get a response or update in weeks about service and still am left in the dark. If you aren't willing to take on service requests from out-of-province, or arent familiar with the process, that should be made clear from the start. I will not be using again or recommending.

Stamped Process Servers Toronto is one of many who will always answer a call very late into the night (10pm). Adam is very efficient in getting staff to process requests and deliver results. Adam at Stamped Process Servers is absolutely the WORST process server we have ever dealt with!!!

My husband and I also own a Process Serving company in another city in Ontario.

In 2017 Adam contacted us to complete a court filing at one of the courts in our city. We accepted his request to do so with no question. Along with filing the documents at court there was a disbursement charge from the court of $157.00 that we had to pay out of our own pocket. No problem! We paid it up front, doing Adam a favour to have his paperwork filed and paid for so it did not get rejected. So our total bill for Adam was $202.77.

It is now 2022 and he has still NOT paid for our services.
We have hounded him to pay his bill for the last 5 years through emails and phone calls. He hasn't responded to any one of my 15 emails regarding this matter. I have probably spoken to him over the phone a hand full of times over the five years as well. Every time he pretends he has no idea what I'm talking about, telling me that he has to go find the invoice in his "archives". Not ONCE has he ever gotten back to me about this!!

He is a liar and a thief!!

I hope all the stress and headaches he has put onto others in the past regarding legal processes comes back to bite him in the arse one day!

I had a great experience with Stamped Process Servers. I find it hard to believe those other negative reviews after my experience with the company. It is not true that it is just friends who write those positive reviews, no one possibly has this many friends. Those negative reviews must be the competition. It is unfortunate that they come on here and try to tarnish this business. They answered the phone right away and went to review my court documents right away and then emailed and sent them in the mail to me as I asked right away. I had what I needed done same day. I know that Adam has many years of experience working within the court system. I am a lawyer myself. This company is very professional and I appreciate all their hard work. Thank you! I will definitely call you again next time I need any process serving or any court documents served. I will refer you to any lawyers or people who need. Thanks again for your quick, efficient and professional service.

Stamped helped me serve a defiant avoidant person on short notice - the same day! I was so nervous and called with a million questions but they answered them all, and got the job done for me. They also prepared and commissioned an affidavit of service for my records and this will be so necessary for my ongoing moves in the family court system.
