As a Realtor, you can only do so much for your client until it is the lawyer’s time to step in and guide/bring the transaction to a close which Evan did. Evan from the moment I was introduced was quick to reply and extremely thoughtful and thorough in his responses. He assisted in creating an excellent Schedule C for the estate client which was critical for the whole deal. I hired the services of Sutherland Legal for two unrelated matters: a straight forward will & power of attorney on one side and a trickier real estate law matter. The first matter was dealt with in a timely and clear fashion. The second matter was also addressed in a timely fashion with a fact and knowledge based strategy that allowed to solve a long outstanding conflict with neighbours. Property lines were not respected and I needed trespassing to stop after asking my neighbour for over a year for the matter to be addressed without any response. The research followed by the sharing of relevant legal facts pertaining to the use of the property put forward by Sutherland Legal in clear terms finally motivated my neighbour to deal with the situation without the matter having to be litigated. Thank you for your professional expertise and good services on those two matters.
