Communication was lacking. They said they’d look into things but never did. Closed on a house and paid property tax to sellers which turns out they didn’t pay themselves. Lucenti left me hanging on this. They also missed the unpaid water bills that became my responsibility. Again, left me hanging. I won’t consider them next time I need a lawyer.
