I would not recommend this law firm, and will be submitting information to the Law Society of Ontario as well. Very expensive, documents were not properly prepared, wasting our time. The lawyer we dealt with is clearly not very experienced and/or perhaps the practice owner is difficult to work for who knows. Doesn't matter to me, documents had other clients' names, the signature didn't match the signature block. I'm sure a lot of the errors are to be blamed on the person preparing the documents, however it is the lawyer's responsibility to read over the documents before signing them.
Good luck to anyone who deals with this law firm.
We subsequently had a real estate transaction and opted for a lawyer out of town.with better results.

I can NOT recommend this law office. A lawyer that works for the Firm made several mistakes with my case and filing of documents which led to preventable and costly delays. Any experienced lawyer should have known that documents need to be in an affidavit form for the Judge to consider it as evidence...so why wasnt this done properly? When I called to speak with Senior Legal Advisor/owner, he declined to speak to me on the phone nor would he schedule a time to meet to discuss this matter. This is Unacceptable behaviour by both of them. I will be informing the Law Society about what has happened here...I am very disappointed with the attitude and behaviour from this Law office.
