Raman really knows what he's doing. He's an expert at real estate law. Helped me with my occupancy closing for a pre-construction and where he stood out the most was that there were some concerns on the day of occupancy and I told him to communicate tuen to the builder's lawyers. The lawyers didn't listen at all as they had the occupancy permit and charged us additional 1000 dollars in extension of occupancy fees. Through his experience he was not only able to guide me better, he fought for me against the bully lawyers on the developer side and got me my additional legal fees refunded. If it wasn't for him, I'd have not been able to close my occupancy hassle free and would have lost almost 1100 dollars. I'd recommend him to anyone for looking to close their real estate transactions. He's the best real estate lawyer in Toronto area, hands down! Thank you Raman for your support beyond the regular business hours and help me close my real estate transaction.

Peace of mind and fair rates. Raman and his team were so professional and accommodating to all our needs. We got a couple power of attorneys done along with the legal work for the closing for Line of Credit against our house. In fact, he referred me and my family to an excellent mortgage agent that set it all up for us, at a fair rate too. I really appreciated how Raman was able to listen to all our concerns and look into every detail and clear any doubts.
