Go to the Kamloops Courthouse for Notorization! It's fast (same day) and only $40.

Called this office to have something simple notorized (Form F8). Person answering the phone wasn't "familiar with that form". It's a very common financial statement. Couldn't book me in for four days.
If you're looking for an efficient notary public, this is not the place.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Very sleazy law office. Was over billed, when brought to Lisa’s attention she promised reimbursement. Then delayed, saying the cheque is in the mail many times until we had no legal recourse. As well she ignored our request for mediation through law society.

Lisa dealt with the sale and purchase of my house. She was great to deal with. Her fees are very reasonable, she is professional and quick to respond. Lisa, and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do what they have to do, and do it well. They are fast, courteous and efficient. They make you feel at ease and at home. Their prices are reasonable. Lisa takes time to explain everything. You don't walk out wondering "what next?" Myself, I have no understanding in the real estate and with her we bought and sold 2 places. She helps you to understand.

I have used Ms.Denham as a notary twice and she is a lovely person. Professional but very compassionate and caring. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions.
I Will absolutely go to her again when needed.
Her office assistant is also amazing to work with.
