Never met Benoit and team in person till this day but they held my hand and walked with me through the immigration process from Nigeria. I engaged them online in 2018 and started sorting through various options as I was disadvantaged due to age and migrating via the study route was out of the question. They were very patient and was able to clearly lay my options on the table after which I finally settled with the Start Up Visa program (SUV) in 2021. They made the paperwork so seamless and PR was approved in 2023. Their service was outstanding, exceptionally responsive, very diligent and professional. I highly recommend them and can confirm that they are a one stop solution to your immigration needs to Canada. They are indeed the best!

When you talk about start up visa, you need look nowhere else. Very good at what they do and the process when I was doing my SUV was seamless. Highly recommend.

A nightmarish experience with them. Their start-up visa program is an utter blunder. They connect you with the “shady incubator”, and “shady founders.” Founders & incubators can back out anytime in between the process. You have no contacts except Desjardins, and they keep playing the blame game with the founders and incubator. It's a complete fraud! There's a significant loophole in their modus operandi where they can not bind the founders. If they change their minds midway and decide not to continue with the process (since they have nothing to lose by doing so), all your hard-earned money (lakhs of dollars) will be lost. “Desjardins” and “Incubator”, will not refund you a single penny, and you'll end up wasting your resources— time (36 months) and lots of money. Do not get involved in this scam without thoroughly understanding the process. Desjardins is bending the immigration rule, which can backfire anytime, even after you land in the country. In my case, VDI (the incubator) & Desjardins ran away after taking all the money in advance, leaving me hanging. Ultimately, I lost all my money and did not get the PR. If this happens to anyone, Desjardins will offer you to sit with another new founder with no guarantee of the founder that they’ll stick to the process till you get the PR. I have already sent them a legal notice and soon I will be proceeding with the lawsuit.
