We always had a wonderful experience with Forum law for our legal needs. Last year we dealt with Sharif, it was a wonderful experience. Today, I had to sign some legal document and dealt with Jennifer. She was super nice explaining all the clauses related to that document and showed patience to answer questions. My experience with Sharif was amazing! He helped, to secure all my documents when buying a house. From the bank, the sellers and from the city, everything was perfect. I paid extra with my down payment by mistake he retrieved the money for me. When l needed to amend an information, l was worried, but the next day without any hassle it's done and emailed to me. I had high expectations for Ahmad Atwi and this firm, but unfortunately, I was left frustrated and dissatisfied with the handling of my case. Ahmad's responses were vague and unhelpful, and there was a clear lack of creativity or effort in solving problems that required fresh thinking. The legal reasoning was weak, and no clear strategy was offered.

Rather than taking responsibility or proposing viable solutions, it seemed like Ahmad was more concerned with avoiding accountability.

Ultimately, I’ve decided to close my file and move forward with a different firm. I cannot recommend this one to anyone in need of serious legal assistance.

Jaspaul Minhas was amazing. He listened to my issue without judgement, validated my feelings and gave me solid advice. He represented me and was respectful, clear and very knowledgeable. He took the time to help me feel heard, less nervous and ensured that what I agreed to was actually what I wanted. He also made sure to advise/consult me on things that could increase my bill (like my tendency to talk too much!) Highly recommend.

As an added bonus, his office manager was very kind and accommodating and made it easier for me to face a hard day. The law student that was my first point of contact with this office was also amazing. He gave me the time to tell him exactly what had happened and empathized as I relayed things. I felt heard and like my problem mattered. From what I've encountered, this entire office is centered around truly helping the client. Again, I highly recommend.
