Our experience in getting in contact with Andrew and trying to arrange the home buying process, was not a smooth and pleasant experience. We contacted him back in March and clearly told him our estimated closing date in December. Our email correspondence was mostly short and simple things. Come November, a month before closing when we start preparing to close the sale on buying our home he tells us his office is closed on our closing date and that we would have to find another lawyer. He wasn't working with us here and was extremely curt and non-empathetic. I understand it is business but there could have been a better way to approach this. The holidays and year end is coming up and if things don't work out, it wouldn't hurt to show some courtesy as a professional. There were no apologies or anything on his end. He just left us to drown in our new last minute problem on our own. Thanks a lot Andrew, I hope you understand sarcasm as a human being at the very least but it might be too advanced for someone with no decency.

The point: he is not a good communicator nor is he a detailed and thorough lawyer based on my experience. His last words that I echo to you all: "you'll need to find another lawyer."

Can I give more than a 5 Star review? We dealt with an especially difficult seller/lawyer team and Andrew kept us calm and managed all the tough details. We never felt pressured and knew that Andrew was in our corner and had our best interests. In the end everything worked out as we had hoped and our anxiety was for naught, but it was great to know the Andrew was our lawyer and was looking out for us all the way. 100% recommend to others for your real estate needs.

As a 1st time homebuyer this was a very overwhelming process however, Andrew was very helpful a responded extremely fast to all my questions and guided me through the process. He was also kind enough to meet me at my work to sign all the paperwork he explained everything in great detail I felt very at ease knowing he was in my corner!
