We used Kevin for a real estate transaction. I had not heard anything from them and closing day was soon approaching, when on the phone with Kevin he was very annoyed and rude when I was asking any questions. Our buying lawyer out east was trying to contact with Kevin through email just asking if he would be okay with witnessing our signatures or not. He responded through very long, angry emails instead of a yes or no. He then informed our other lawyer that we would be charged for wasting his time. He included an extra 200 dollar charge for "wasting his time". When I objected to this charge during our video chat he was very rude and said to never call him again. I was not aloud ask questions in our video chat, which was then cut short because he did not have the full version of zoom. After closing I then asked for the closing documents which his receptionist informed me they are busy with other closings and could not give me a date at when they would send our closing documents. I am sharing because I have never experienced such poor treatment from any lawyer we have used in the past, I was made to feel absolutely terrible and I really wouldn't wish this on anyone, especially when putting our trust in him to handle large sums of our money.
