Do not file with this place, they have no clue what there doing. My wife gives them all the proper paperwork and T4s. Now usually everybody gets 1 T4 right. So my employer made a mistake and sent 2 T4s with different amounts. So of course when they looked it up on the CRA site it showed 2 T4s so mind u my wife gave them 1 T4. So automatically instead of calling me and saying hey Dan do u have 2 T4s I would've said no I gave u 1 right. So she automatically takes upon herself goes ahead and files both. One phone call all this could've been avoided, I would've got my refund. But the original assessment i owe the Government $1099, didn't get my carbon tax cheque. Gets better the second assessment oh now im getting back $5000 big difference right. Please do not file your taxes to be done there. Nothing but incompetent people. I've already talked to CRA about them and they said not the first time people have complained about them. By the way I might not get anything till November. Still being assessed. So they have a surprise coming to them. Its called a Lawyer and possibly will be suing them. My Lawyer is looking into it as we speak. This place should be shut down and not allowed to do taxes for anyone. Making decisions without contacting customers brutal, and accountability not there fault.

Took my (deceased) Mother's taxes in. Had to make an apointment to bring the papers ,that I can understand but not only would they tell mell how much she was getting back but wanted me to schedule another apointment to pick up her completed return. When I questioned why do I need another apointment to pick up which would take a matter of 2 minutes he replied it was there policy.Interesting they would tell me the fee for doing this but not the amount of return. They have all death certificates required.

My husband’s mom passed away and she had always had her taxes done here, so when it came to doing her last taxes it seemed like a good idea to do them there. We placed our trust in them during this very difficult time and it’s been a huge mess. We took the info given and went to the bank to pay the tens of thousands owed and then this year we get a bill with an additional 8 thousand dollars owing in late fees. Theresa said she would fix this and that they would pay the extra fees. Now we have called several times and she doesn’t return the calls. How can a company do this and still be able to be in business.

Be careful please. If they get your taxes wrong they will not make it right to you. They have not returned my phone calls. They forgot to file one of my T4 slips so when I got rerouted it two years later I now owe to 2000 dollars.

Incompetent, with a total lack of accountability for their mistakes. NOT BBB accredited. NOT members of the Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Do not use this business to prepare your income tax. They are completely incompetent. And take NO responsibility for their errors...."sorry about that" is all you will get when the CRA comes calling.

I have been working with Teresa since 2017. She consistently goes above and beyond to not only file my taxes but explaining the filing as well. My whole familiar uses her.
