Professional, Knows his stuff, respects the client's opinion, explains the legal stuff. Fights for what we could document and verify, within the framework or what the law allows for. Gives a realistic picture of possible outcomes. Looked for ways we could save money in the process. Gave a realistic appraisal of when something was worth fighting for and when it wasn't.

If it's possible to give a less than 1 star I would do that. In saying that I didn't deal with Stephen Arnold. I dealt with his father who in my opinion was completely useless and was just taking my $ and doing NOTHING. Hopefully Stephen is a much better lawyer than his father was!!! (not that it would be difficult)
