Pivotal has been an asset to our business. We interviewed accountants accross Alberta and have been through a few previous accountments we were less than satisfied with. Dave Minhas and his team has added great value to my business's. They look after all my employees EFT payments, T4's, ROE's, and much more. It saves me to having to hire permanent staff because the nature my my business is seasonal and stock driven. They continue to help keep my overhead low. Such an amazing place!!
I can't say this enough. They are so helpful and really take the time to make sure you understand and have a grasp on whats going on.
I do my personal and business taxes with them.
Konstantin is so kind and caring. He is the best accountant ever.
I also find them super family orientated which is a bonus for me.

Pivitol has been preparing my personal & buisness year end taxes for many years dating back to their Heywood Holmes & Partners days. Dave and his team made the whole process with getting my Ltd. company up and running a breeze at a time when I had zero idea what was involved. They have been great over the years with my questions throughout the year and always check up to see how things are going. Year end tax time is a sinch for me when all I hear is complaints from other buisness owners in my line of work about what a pain in the butt it is. I have never been audited or reassessed during my 8 years of being in buisness and I attribute this to the meticulous work or Pivitol as well. Highly recommended and will continue to have them prepare for me to keep headaches at bay.
