We were very disappointed with services rendered.
Many of our emails have gone unanswered; getting an appointment has been a nightmare. Money held in trust has still not been released to our elderly mother from the sale of her home. There has been zero communication, and no resolution in sight.
I would not recommend the services of Mr. Dooley to any of my clients in Muskoka.
Reception/office staff is polite and professional - likely they are as frustrated as we are in having to deal with this firm.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A POOR REVIEW ABOUT THE BRACEBRIDGE OFFICE. I can unfortunately not leave a review directly to them as it seems they have disabled. I have dealt with many law firms and one thing they all have in common has been prompt and professional response times. Barriston Law bracebridge, Sarah forrest in particular are not even responsible enough to reply in a weekly manner let alone daily. After multiple emails i had to send an email just asking them to confirm if they have been received. Very unprofessional. Imagine when they have your money how much worse it could get.

I would not recommend this law firm or John Dooley in matters pertaining to a sale of a house .Knowing full well he was in conflict of interest dragged out a problem for for 4 months Having us come in for meetings supply documents Sign paperwork . Then avoiding phone calls and emails then telling us that he couldn't do anything because he was in conflict I would avoid this law firm and Mr. Dooley
