**Terrible Experience - Unprofessional and Unresponsive**

I had a very disappointing experience with Carl. Initially, things seemed to be going well, and I trusted them to handle my case professionally. However, after accepting payment, they became completely unresponsive. I made multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email, but they stopped returning calls and never followed up on my case.

It is incredibly frustrating to feel abandoned in the middle of a process that requires timely and professional mediation. I expected more accountability, especially after paying for their services. I cannot recommend Carl to anyone seeking a reliable or trustworthy mediator as this made the separation process much more strained than it originally needed to be.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious before engaging with this mediator. I’m extremely disappointed and still waiting for a resolution or at least some communication.

I was always given best guidance by Carl to process my separation agreement. Matt at the office is also very knowledgeable. It was completely smooth and hassle-free process for me. They always made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions.
