Brian Gilson was my lawyer for a very serious case in the beginning the year I spent in jail waiting for trial I wanted to plead not guilty because I felt confident after what Brian told me we could beat our case now it all looked good and sounded good from all he told me. That all changed the day before the preliminary date of court I was ready to tell my story and fight my case then Brian came to me and he's whole demeanour had changed he told me that the chances of me winning veary minimal which was a complete opposite of all I had been told and holding on to the whole year he basically quit being my lawyer that day through me a deal to plead guilty and said this is now your best option that I will not win in court which was so shocking to me because all year he told me we could win so he convinced / scared me into taking a deal that was not the plan I was railroaded and this sucks because this was my first time in jail in court ever and all anyone ever told me was listen to my lawyer and that Brian Gilson was one of the best. Not true at all
