Do not use for wills they are highly highly overpriced. My husband and I required a simple will and POA and they gave us a quote which was already high. We paid the deposit and we were over the top end of the quote. Their reasonings were not justifiable and they basically said that’s their rates. Go somewhere else for a will you’ll pay a fraction of the price.

Not sure what to say other than very poor communication and after the bill was paid found out that some things are still outstanding and getting a return call from them is non existent. I do not deal with lawyers very often so perhaps my expectations were too high.
I guess I will have to visit them again in person to achieve anything going forward, however, the virtual receptionist is pretty much like making a phone call.

Horrible client relationship skills, no concerns on you as a client and will drop you if you sneeze wrong towards them!!
Gave them the $5000 retainer and they did nothing to help in my eyes, they kept half the retainer after they dropped me and did really nothing to deserve it at all, their slow at getting back to you and slow on proceedings, their as a hundred things they could of done to speed up me seeing my son but, stalled every chance they had and then dropped me when I asked what’s going on? What’s taking so long? And made up an excuse to drop me and said it what conflict of interest and I found out it’s cause I was adamant and wanting them to give answers on why it was taking so long!.
They’re very sensitive people at this firm…. I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their legal advice or hire them, simply my opinion.
Ps I’ve asked for my case file a few times with no response!!!
