I have been a client of the CHAPS Health Transportation Service and Family Service Kent since September 2020 and this place has Friendly, Awesome Staff 👌 and the entire organization offers many amazing Services and options as far as assistance goes. They go above and beyond to help others and they deserve more than 5 stars, but its all we can give 🙁 well done, you guys are truely a Blessing to many people 💙 👏

Started going here to see Velvet, and am now seeing Pam for counseling services related to childhood trauma. Both counselors were very kind and friendly, I always feel safe when attending appointments. Lovely and helpful counselors.

Conversations with only Shirley are argumentative & demeaning routinely. Theresa and rest of the staff are pleasant and accommodating. Most drivers are pleasant with the exception of a handful who have low, outdated vehiclles, some drivers handicapped & have great difficulty assisting those needing a ride.
