Friendly. Offered a cheaper price in cash, not abnormal. Took almost a month to get a receipt to file a claim on my homeowners insurance. I would text once a week as a reminder that I needed a receipt and was told to ‘settle down’. First receipt had the wrong amount paid and service date. Second receipt I asked for still had the wrong service date. He explained his secretary was unreliable but as an owner, it should’ve been handled a month ago. Never did get a correct receipt. Pay with a credit card or check in order to have proof of payment so your claims aren’t delayed like mine. It’s heady to tell someone to settle down when it’s not you paying the high interest loan as a single mom working two jobs and full time caregiver of an elderly parent.

These guys are my go-to for electrical supplies and tools in Chatham, they generally have the best price and oftentimes when I've had something on backorder for weeks with other suppliers City Electric will have dozens in stock.
