Working with Silvy as our lawyer in the recent purchase of a Condo, was a very smooth and pleasant experience. We had to rush this closing in an effort to avoid bank holidays during Christmas time and to close before the new year however, there was very little support from the seller's side to meet the deadlines but, Silvy kept on top of the game to get the paper work on time to meet the set dates.

She was very flexible in working around our timelines, as such we didn't have to take time off to sign documents, she kept us posted in a timely manner on the status of all the paper work from the other lawyer/seller, this excellent line of communication made the the whole process very smooth and stress free.
