I hired Blair Jones to represent me for a real estate sale. I dealt with Blair, Dorothy, and Pat. All were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to explain things to me fully that I hadn’t understood up to that point and that was not really part of why they were hired. Would definitely recommend Blair and his staff for any legal matters that they offer services in. Great experience from day one until the last day.

I have had a few real estate dealings with Blair and each one was excellent. It’s been a few years but I saw the review by T. Wright and felt I should add to the reviews.
In 2018 I was very mentally I’ll due to PTSD from my military service. There were some things that I had not seen before in regards to my mortgage. I contacted Blair with the issue and he made time for me and explained the issue to me. It wasn’t hard to tell I was sick. Blair helped me understand the issue and what could be done to correct it. In the end everything was fine but for him to make time for me is something I will remember for the rest of my life. Blair is a stand up guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Blair 🙏

Completely unethical; lies, cheats, steals. I would record every conversation you have with him, as he will deny everything. Tells you one thing and does the complete opposite.

Maybe real-estate is what Blair is good at, but not not estate law. Literally use anyone else for your estate.

Edit to response: the search must not have been too thorough, I was a client starting in 2016 and items are still unresolved. We have been in contact with you, and it has been unsuccessful. How many times must we contact you? Was the 10+ times not enough.

You may have shown integrity with other clients, but not us.

We recently used this firm to close and purchase our old and new home. From the start, I have to say I was very disappointed. All lawyers information was sent to my broker and agent end august. My broker started asking about the statement of adjustments and why he had not received anything from the lawyers office yet.  As I had not yet heard from their office, I myself called to ask about this. September 13 we received a call from the clerk stating she had not received the paperwork from the broker yet.  I promptly spoke to my broker who advised all paperwork had been sent and he advised me to tell them to check their junk email if they do not work with cmls often.  I called the clerk and left a voicemail stating his exact message and asked her to return my call either way to advise if she received the paperwork as my broker wanted confirmation.  Unfortunately, I received no courtesy of a response until I again followed up with an email sept 16 asking where she stated “Hi Virginia, My apologies i am out of the office. If memory serves me right I did receive the documents.”  I found this message extremely concerning being told if memory serves me right as we were to meet with the lawyer on sept 20th. The clerk on September 19th forwarded the paperwork to myself and my broker.  We met with our lawyer the 20th and completed all paperwork for both houses that were both closing September 22nd. Our closing date ended up being a complete nightmare where we were almost homeless and our new property did not close.  Their office was completely unsympathetic and states this happens sometimes as I sat in a car with my dogs, a 4 year old had 2 borrowed trucks and a uhaul that needed to be back for 8am the 23rd.  Thankfully, I had a broker and an agent who advocated and were not accepting of this answer.  It was later brought to my attention their office did not submit my paperwork until late after business hours on the 21st therefore was not received by CMLS until the morning of the 22nd and was rushed to process.

To date, I still have not received any of the paperwork from the closing/purchase of the homes on sept 22nd. I did attempt to reach out to Blair Jones via email regarding my concerns with the courtesy of no response. I would not recommend this firm and would not use them again.

Blair was very personable and made the whole experience far more enjoyable than expected (who knew you could have so much fun at the lawyer’s office buying a house?!). His staff were top notch, very responsive and thorough. Highly recommend.
