We contact Mr. Jesse Borlak on August 22, 2019 to be our lawyer tp purchase a house, closing date was on October 28. We were not satisfied with Mr Borlak performance, so we decided to cancel his service on October 21.
He claimed that he did some work, so we asked him to forward that work to me or the new lawyer on October 21, and gave him 24 hours to do so. However, he refused, before that we offered him an amount for job he claimed he did, but he start to defaming me like in his last email and I quote
” You are being intentionally dishonest to avoid your responsibilities.
Nothing about what you have done is based on courtesy”
