I was referred to Aylmer Family Dental by my local dental office because they specialize in periodontal cleanings. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The office is spotless and inviting, and I felt completely at ease.

My appointment started right on time, and the hygienist was so gentle yet thorough. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

It’s rare to find a dental team that combines professionalism, skill, and kindness so perfectly. I actually look forward to my visits now! Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Stepped into this place and everything was immaculate. The receptionist was great, and the amenities provided were clean and maintained. Not to mention, the dental hygienist Sara was superb- highly recommend asking for her service. So sweet and caring. Before leaving they offered to re-book an appointment without pressure, and it made me feel very comfortable. Would recommend to anybody looking to switch dental offices!

I visited AYLMER FAMILY DENTAL with my sister today, and we had an exceptional experience from start to finish! VERONICA our greeter, was warm and enthusiastic, and her friendly demeanour set the tone for our visit. She was very polite and welcoming to everyone in the waiting area.

My hygienist, KRYSTAL, was outstanding! She was extremely polite, communicative, and skilled. What impressed me most was that she remembered me from my last visit, which was several years ago when I had 7 fillings done. Although I couldn't recall the dentist's name, I remembered the excellent work done back then.

This time, thanks to the CDCP government plan, my sister and I were able to receive coverage. We're incredibly grateful to have AYLMER FAMILY DENTAL in our community. The staff is organized, and the service is top-notch.

I was booked into Aylmer Family Dental after a dental surgery at my Dentist turned out to be more complicated than thought. They were able to book me in the next day without any issue.

Throughout my three hour surgery they made me feel comfortable and made sure that I was not experiencing any pain. They talked me through everything that they were doing and their expertise was noticed and appreciated.

The next day they called me to check on me and assured me that I could call if I needed anything or had any questions.

In my opinion, the best Dentist office in Ontario.

I've been going here for years and still go even though I've moved to London. It's worth the drive! I always feel welcomed and cared for when I go in for an appointment. I've had cleanings, wisdom teeth taken out, night guards made, etc. My sister has special needs and they show her care and kindness every time she goes in for a cleaning or anything else that she might need. Everything is updated and they're always keeping up with new technology and practices. I always recommend Aylmer Family Dental to others!
