She told me once the previous owners lean is removed id get a new deed for the house. Its now paid off in full and I still dont have a lean free deed. I also asked her for a legal cost break down because the government wants it for an audit and nothing so im just having to put her information down in case they chose to harass her i guess. She got what i needed done at the time but yeah I should have gone to a bigger place that has a little more accountability after the cheque clears.

Don't know if I was speaking with a receptionist or the lawyer, but she came across as very abrupt, bordering on rude.
We called to see if she could do a closing on a house for September and said she couldn't do it then basically hung up.
May way to reconsider your "bedside manner".
