10/10 would not recommended this business!

My sister was in palliative care and I wanted to get her a lymphatic drainage massage to help with symptoms. Found this place and bought a gift card through the website. That same day she went to book and found out the business was temporarily closed….at the time there was no mention of this on the website. We both tried calling and emailing several times with no response. I was able to get ahold of someone from their Fredericton location and they passed on my story to the owner. I was then instructed to email him directly for a refund but again no response!

I wouldn’t trust or recommended this business to anyone!

I had a massage appointment on the 25th of June. The lady was nice at first however I’m not sure if I had a racist experience or she though just because I’m young they can just play around. First my appointment was 4:30 to 5:30. I was only taken inside at 4:42 and then spent 7-10 minutes consulting. After that the massage started, and Christine ended the massage at 5:20 she told me she was going to put warm cloth on me and can come out any time. I pretty much got up and went out so I was out of the room at 5:22 ish. So they took me in late and ended my massage early. Charged me 126$ for barely 30ish minute massage. I told the lady at reception and she say’s she can’t do anything she doesn’t know, as she wasn’t here when I went in it was a different person. She spoke with Christine who did my massage, and she said the massage was about 40-50 minutes which it was not I’m sure they have camera. later spoke with the person who was there when I went in he also agreed that I went in late but couldn’t do any thing and was advised a manager was suppose to call me and nobody did. I called them twice but they keep telling me someone will reach out it’s been a month body has reached out. I experience anxiety, so this was a very bad experience I’m not sure I honestly feel like just because I was brown is why I was treated that way. I remember when I went there the last time which was not a good experience either,

Never trust them. On Dieppe, I was a member of Club MEx. In the past month, they shuttered the store without an explanation, charged my card without cause, and kept my balance. I don't recommend being a member of Club MEx!

Deserve zero, but there is no option for zero star.
I was in moving process, lot of physical work...perfect time to take massage. I booked massage and was excited, took second half off from work.
They rescheduled then rescheduled again second time and in third call finally cancelled my appointment 2 hrs before scheduled time.
Spoiled my day, really disappointed. They are not at all concerned about client situation and time.

Nathan was really informative and helped my shoulder out as well as some lower back pain. He gave me some stretches to do at home and the next day after the massage, my shoulder had absolutely no pain at all, and I went for a 5K walk which normally aggravates my lower back and I felt nothing at all! He’s awesome and I will be returning!

Employees are always friendly. The RMT treating me was very helpful at explaining to we what she was doing and why she was doing it. I had a great session.
