I purchased my first home, and Chipp handled the transaction. My only regret is that I didn't engage them earlier in the process. My bank had me draft my own purchase and sale agreement, but my interests would have been better protected if I talked to them sooner and had them draft the agreement. Fortunately, I knew the people selling and we were both on the same page about the deal.

When it came time to come in and sign the papers, Chipp went through a number of important legal details about home ownership. These were things that weren't necessarily related to the purchase itself - but related to things in the mortgage like home insurance, foreclosure and other details. He even reminded me to do a walk through the house and ask the sellers about using/maintaining the systems within (like well, septic, etc.)

The bill was reasonable, they were very thorough. What more do you need?

This lawyer is actually hired by the man that built my house. He has done everything humanely possible to drag out every second of the process and I think anyone considering hiring this lawyer should google exactly why they are being sued by Kingswood before they make their decision. This lawyer is a scam artist and you shouldn't trust them.
