I telephoned on thursday because I am having issues with an old injury I got when I tripped 3 years ago only started to see bad side affects now and the dr said it was from the fall. I shouldnt have waited so long to call so it was too late fir me to do anything but the reception girl was really nice and listend really well to me. I called other firms and none of them listened and then didnt explain why i coulnt do anyhing for insurance now. I didnt need a lawyer before she made me not nervous or feel not smart enough about asking questions.

They couldnt help but i could tell she really cared and it says a lot about any office when they have such nice secretaries . If i get hurt again I will call them first and not wait so long because it seemed like they dont jyst want money but actually care that i get better
