Worst experience of my entire life, please for the love of god DO NOT come here. They completely messed up my T4 tax return, and I had to go to Liberty Tax to fix it and they did an amazing job in doing so. They are extremely unprofessional here. They make you physically mail it out yourself knowing that Canada Post is unreliable due to the strike that’s been going on. Months went by and the CRA told me they didn’t receive it and instructed me to ask whoever did my taxes to electronically file it instead. When I asked Vasa Nathan if this was possible she verbally attacked me and disrespected me for no reason on the phone. She was screaming “I DO NOT CARE THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM.” She then stated she was getting her “manager” but it was indeed her husband (she works remote / at home) he then started screaming profanity’s at me and said “WE DONT NEED TRASH PEOPLE LIKE YOU.”

I have worked in customer service for 8 years and I have never been spoken to like this. I kept my composure the entire time, and I am genuinely so disgusted and disappointed.

Horrible!! It's my fault I didn't have my school receipts at the time of filling - however, she should not have offered if there was a problem to contact her back. She missfiled my school tuition under UNION DUES, lol!!
I called asked what to do because now I am getting letters from cra that I owe 3000+ I asked her to help I went there 2 separate times to drop stuff off.
She told me to call Thursday after dropping paperwork to her coworker - I don't drive so this was super outta the way for me!! - I called her that Thursday she said to call put her on speaker and recorded her yelling at me about how she is busy and how don't I know its tax season she can't talk she is busy..... I said you asked me to call Thursday evening which I am doing, she said just mail them the receipts again, without her changing it from UNION DUES TO TUITION.

Just went to see a new tax lady. Also liberty! She was open mouth like why wouldn't that lady help you? - she said I would help you if I had done your taxes.

And this new place is called taxebo I recommend that instead!! She sat with me for 1 hour and did all my 2023 return then did an amendment, then did my 2024. She fixed this mistake that this person at liberty here did!!

I mostly felt like I was not important to her and felt brushed aside because my taxes got an audit. She would rather the easy money from new customers then to fix a mistake she did.

Go somewhere else.

I feel so sad right now. I got a mail from CRA that they could not calculate my GST/ HSTC because necessary information has not been received.Statement of worlwide income is missing from the documents she gave me to submit. I have called LIBERTY's office, no response, I left voice messages, no call back. I sent mail, no reply. I went to her office. I was told since Tax season is over, she would come only on an appointment. Where will I see her? I feel so frustrated . All her numbers are not reachable. I have sent her messages on whatsapp. I am frustratingly waiting.

This is our second year coming back to Vasa. Very happy with her delivery of service. Her explanations made it clear for us to understand how taxes work.
