The service I received from this place is horrible. They never return back calls or respond to emails. I asked them to take care of a letter that I received from the CRA back in June and I still have not received any updates from Steve or Michelle, nor have I heard anything about my file. It only takes less than a minute to call back your client or reply to their emails to give them an update, but unfortunately that was never done. I would NEVER recommend them to any of my family or friends because of how POOR I was treated. Stay far away. If I could give them 0 stars I honestly would.
