I hired Sanjay Doshi and his team for the closing of my home and they were professional, patient and knowledgeable when answering any questions and concerns I had, and prompt.

Coordination between the mortgage specialist, bank, and builders lawyer was done completely by them, whereas all I had to do was provide contact information. Getting in touch with them on the phone may be a hit or miss as the whole team may not be at the office, but emails are always answered within a couple of hours.

If you're in the market for a real estate lawyer then I recommend contacting Doshi Law.

We used him many times. He is quick and able to compete transaction without any delay. He is a busy guy. So we have to call him to follow up and ensure he has everything from us (bank info, agent info, the other lawyer info). Other than that, he will contact all parties and compete the transaction smoothly.

This attorney was a tad bit busy (as an example, he was able to take one phone call after over 30 attempts). In addition to it, he was rude to talk to, provided incomplete details, acted as a bottleneck and was inefficient in his way of working.
If quality, precision, and efficiency is something you expect from a lawyer - you should try and avoid this bloke!

After a sale of a property a certified cheque was issued by this Lawyer. We went to deposit the cheque at the bank. Bank called the Lawyer to verify the cheque in order to release the cheque immideately. He was rude on the phone and denied to verify the cheque. Bank ended up holding the cheque for 7 business days. Banker also said that lawyers always verify the cheques whenever they called. This is unusual for them. I would never go to his place.

Worst lawyer ever seen. Very Poor English, worst attitude. Wrongly, claimed to be involved in a half of the SUBWAY resale transactions, paid $ 750 to prepare offer. Head office rejected his prepared offer due to lots of errors. I ask to refund back my money, he rejected and I lost my money. Worst guy ever !

The attorney is always busy. If you barely make it to the receptionist, you might still not be able to reach the attorney. He can get the work done but if comfort and convenience are your priorities then this is not for you.
