Like someone else said in another review, Kathleen is a Highly Knowledgeable Lawyer. She is a no nonsense lawyer and lets you know the facts, she tells it like it is and lets you know what she can do for you. Kathleen fights for you and is not afraid to speak up to anyone for what you deserve. She fought for my case and I ended up getting more because of her knowledge in what she calls her tricks to negotiate. She never backed down from the apposing party.

Was referred to this Company by another Lawyers office (They weren't able to help with this specialty). I called in and spoke with reception, she was very kind and eager to help.

Over the next day I proceed to give them the information they had asked for to see if they were able to work with me. I didn't have one of the documents.

It took over a week for them to get me an answer from them with multiple reminders. I final got a hold of the admin who was still waiting for an answer from the Paralegal. She put me on hold to see if she could get her to talk to me. The admin then came back on the phone and told me the paralegal doesn't have time to talk and I should go to a self help board.

From a customer experience prospective. The Admin was great and communitive but the Paralegal wouldn't take the time for a email response or 5 min phone conversation. I felt as if I was bugging them rather then prioritized as a customer who would be happy to spend money for there assistants.

Room for a lot of improvement service wise.

Never used because small town lawyers over charge!!. If you don't believe me ask for references and also ask how many clients they have had in the past three years. Compare with Toronto lawyers. If I'm lying I will apologize and retract the post. When a small town lawyer gets a client the milk that client for all they have. I had a friend in Goderich Ontario got an 80000 bill for an uncontested divorce. In Calgary it is a thousand dollars! If you use a small town lawyer don't t let them bill you by the hour. That's how you know!!!
