Working with Steve to sell our property was a learning experience. My wife and I interviewed several realtors over several weeks and finally selected Steve because he seemed to have the best plan to sell a rural property and also had the most connections to advertise the property. He determined a retail price which was close to what we wanted and then gave us info on how to prep the property for sale without going overboard on costs.
We did have a rough period at this point where we wondered if we had made the right choice in realtors, but after a very cards on the table meeting decided that Steve was the person we would trust to sell the property and get the price we wanted even in a very depressed market. A very good decision in hindsight.

Steve was always available for questions, came by to give input on how to get the best look for the property and did a great job of marketing the property. We got the price we wanted and even though we had issues with the buyers closing, Steve stepped up and made sure that things were taken care of. He went above and beyond what we expected. There isn't enough praises of Steve's that I can sing to show him our appreciation. But let me try my best.

We were referred to Steve by a trusted family friend that said "Steve's the guy in our neck of the woods, he'll take great care of you." From the very beginning, Steve took the time to book an introductory call with us to get acquainted and also to better understand our situation. Even despite our timeline to purchase a home was 6-8 months at the time, Steve took the time himself (not an associate or admin person) to understand our wants / needs so that we could work effectively together.

Did I mention we were first time home buyers? Lol. We had plenty of questions though out the process and Steve always got back to us in timely fashion. In the end, Steve helped us win a property in a very competitive bidding situation and his estimate of the winning bid amount was right on the money.

Steve also connected us a mortgage broker that helped us secure financing. He even put us in touch with our painter who ended up painting our entire house! Steve's professionalism and expertise goes far beyond his job title as a "Realtor / Broker." From beginning to end, Steve provided a level of care and service we were extremely grateful for. We would not hesitate to engage Steve again on our next deal or pass on his name to our friends / family. Thanks again, Steve!
