I had a very unfriendly encounter with a woman pharmacist today at the Powassan Drug Mart. This is in fact my third unpleasant interaction with this particular pharmacist whether it is filling prescriptions or asking her to split pills in half, which actually makes you feel sorry afterwards for asking this of her. I thought I would go online to see if anyone else shares my opinions on this lady and sure enough I see the review below. Although he did not specify her name, I can guarantee we are talking about the same individual. According to his post, other people have also had similar experiences with this one lady. I have already encouraged my family to fill their prescriptions elsewhere all because of one woman who seems to ruin it for the entire pharmacy. I don't believe I need to specify the name as I'm sure the staff and other people reading this post know exactly who I'm talking about. And as for the person being discussed, you know this post is about you. Your personality is not one for the service industry, where customer service and kindness should be the priority. You clearly don't enjoy your job and you have no patience for customers. You would not be working for me, that's for sure.

Went in today at 11:30 July12/25 to get a prescription filled I placed the refill 3 days ago.My wife recently added me to her company drug plan.When Picking up the prescription I informed the person at the pharmacy that there was a billing change.I was not aware that this was a huge ordeal but this person sure made me feel that way.Eye roll and condescending attitude.I was warned about this particular woman as my wife and daughter had similar negative experiences.I tried to support local business but nowI will drive to North Bay before ever giving them a penny of my money.Its a shame that 1 bad apple spoils the whole bunch.

Not a single care given to my sick toddler. Made to wait in our car for medication they didn't have in stock. Nothing said to me when Dr sent script over or when I called beforehand to let them know we were waiting outside, no attempt to call me back to let me know his puffer wasn't in stock (we've been registered there for years)... wait the time I'm given and then walk in with sick toddler in tow only to be told we don't have the medication in stock it might come in tomorrow... What time? I ask... maybe the afternoon.... I wish this horrible treatment was an isolated incident.... I'm always polite and patient, yes even this time... called my Dr. and quickly transferred to another pharmacy. DO BETTER.
