My experience with Williams Litigation has been excellent. I was served in a MVA case and didn't know what to do. I was able to call the firm at 9pm that evening to get advice and information. I ended up on the phone with Kelly at the Ottawa branch who made me feel so incredibly comfortable and made sure to mitigate my stress and let me know I had options. I signed on with them and was represented by Ashlee Barber, who also made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was very kind and understanding. It was so easy to communicate with her any time I needed anything, and she was very communicative as well, keeping me in the loop and making sure I knew what was going on and what options there were at all times. Although I very much hope not to be in a situation where I need it, I will absolutely be reaching out to Ashlee if I ever need representation again. Thank you so much for your help Ashlee and Williams!

Ashlee represented us in a MVC case. She was always available to answer our questions and provide updates on our case. Our case met court delays due to COVID but Ashlee regularly kept us informed on the court scheduling progress and guided us through different meetings/interviews/calls so we never felt inadequately prepared. I hope we never need to go through this process again but if we do, Ashlee will be our first call! I would recommend her and her team to anyone seeking legal representation.
