Extremely Disappointed and Misguided – Avoid Orr Kolesnik at Globe Immigration
I am writing this review out of deep frustration and disappointment with the services provided by Orr Kolesnik from Globe Immigration. My experience has been devastating, and I want to warn others who may consider trusting him with something as serious as an H&C (Humanitarian and Compassionate) application.
I paid $4,000 of a $6,500 fee for my H&C application, which I submitted in August 2023. From the beginning, Orr failed to guide me properly. I was under a removal order and couldn't work because my permit expired — yet, despite knowing my vulnerable situation, he offered no real support or flexibility. All he cared about was the money I owed him. At one point, I booked an appointment to check the status of my application. You won’t believe what this guy asked—whether I had the money I owed him. After learning that I didn’t have the money, he said to me, “Come when you get it”! Orr exploits the desperation of vulnerable clients and pushes them hard to get money out of them. It’s like he holds you ransom! You know what I mean, right?
Most importantly, Orr completely neglected to guide me on some of the most critical parts of the H&C process, including the personal narrative sections that are vital:
• Explaining the hardship I would face if removed
• Highlighting the best interests of the children involved
• Showing how I have established myself in Canada
These are not minor oversights — these omissions ultimately led to a negative decision on my application. I did my best to submit documents over time, but Orr's lack of communication, support, and proper legal guidance left me completely unprepared.
This was not only a financial loss — it’s a life-altering one. I trusted him with my future, and he let me down completely. I strongly advise anyone in a vulnerable immigration situation to look elsewhere for representation. You deserve better than this.
