OMG. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY!!! SHE WILL DESTROY YOUR LIFE.

I would not even give a one star.!
She is the one of the worst lawyers out there. She will cost you thousands of dollars in legal fees to get out the mess she places clients in with her work. She operates out of the scope of instruction. She makes a mess out of everything and complicates matters with her template documents. Client asked for simple document ensuring down payment was returned in a COHAB real estate transaction . Instead she prepared a convoluted 30 page COHAB for a disabled woman on limited income and places in the document the woman will get a job and support herself after the relationship terminates. Unbeknown to the client until these tragic events take place in 2020.During the pandemic this woman has been tossed out on the streets with no financial support from the other party who makes over $120,000.00. She has cost this lady close to $160,000.00 in loss. She never went over this 30 page COHAB privately with the client she represented instead included the other party in all correspondence although they had their own representation. Therefore she does not understand her responsibility to give independent legal counsel. Unbeknown to the client until these tragic events take place in 2020. When these serious matters are brought to her attention in 2020 she doctors original documents given to clients and sends them out to parties thinking they do not have the originals to try and remove any liability from herself. Unethical to say the least.

In 2018 when the parties purchase another property and return to her as a realtor lawyer ....SHE NEVER PULLS OUT THE COHAB she prepared and references it. Making a bigger mess of this family's future. One party loaned the other party money to close the new deal. She never gets parties to complete written amendments as per her prepared COHAB!!!!!!!! She adjusts down payment values in the new properties and never gets anything in writing or discusses it with client.

SO YOU CAN ONLY IMAGE THE LEGAL NIGHTMARE SHE HAS CAUSED with her convoluted ambiguous COHAB.

She started to prepare a WILL for another family member only to discover she has included laws and conditions that do not exist to give another family a legal nightmare. LAW SOCIETY has had complaints
