High crime rate. Homeless/thief encampments all around town. Nothing or anyone safe. Torching vehicles. Stealing from campground tenants.
Not a place I would recommend to visit.

Say what you want, the town is great to deal with compared to some other communities. They make you work for what changes you wold like to see, but I think that's more than reasonable considering. Thank you for keeping the town in great shape!
