Cannot recommend CLHbid highly enough. Our experience with them was fantastic. We just sold our estate farmland April of 2025. The entire ClHbid team did incredible work. When it comes to selling farmland, using a realtor and a list price should be a thing of the past. I decided to go with the CLHbid.com division of CLHlaw to sell my farmland. I would put zero stars if I could. This fall CLHbid sold some land we were renting. They failed to tell the new buyer of our contract with the previous owner which includes bins a storage shed. Now we’re in a legal battle because of their incompetence. They are in the business of selling farm land but don’t do their homework. I’d say watch out.
